Accessible
Being accessible means being open and attentive. In other words, our conduct is open and accomodating.

This means that
- we are constantly visible
- we show attentiveness in all situations
- we are accomodating and easy to communicate with.


Reliable
Being reliable means doing as we promise, in words and actions. In other words, people can trust us and have confidence in us.

This means that
- we keep our promises
- we are honest, reliable and show confidence and respect
- we have an open and honest dialogue with our customers and colleagues.



Fast

Being fast means keeping up to date and on top of the situation. In other words, we work at a fast pace.

This means that
- we are flexible and prepared to accept changes
- we handle a given task here and now
- we do the right things the right way the first time.



Efficient

Being efficient means being enterprising and proactive. In other words, we have the willpower to handle our tasks.

This means that
- we have the willpower to take responsibility and solve problems
- we show commitment and courage in words and actions
- we do the work we agreed to do and do it on time, and we make sure that all agreements are respected.


Helpful
Being helpful means offering assistance when it is needed. In other words, we help our customers and each other.

This means that
- we are helpful and provide the best service in all situations
- we make an effort to help others
- we are supportive and act in a way that motivates others.


Competent
Being competent means being skilful and well-qualified. In other words, we continue to make an effort to retain and develop our competencies.

This means that
- we always endeavour to have a high level of specialised knowledge
- we use our knowledge with an understanding of our business
- we always provide quality services in a professional way.
